This plant-based foaming oil is designed to nourish the skin as it cleanses, transforming from an oil into a milky lather to remove makeup, dirt, and excess oil without stripping. This formulation features multifunctional Cola®Mulse 3GO to provide refatting and hydrating properties to the skin while also acting as an emulsifier, creating an oil-to-milk effect in the presence of water. To use: massage onto dry skin, then add water to transform into a milky lather before rinsing clean.

Procedure

1. Combine ingredients 1 – 3, then heat to 70 – 75°C.
2. Once at temperature, add ingredient 4. Continue mixing until completely dissolved, then begin to cool.
3. Once below 50°C, add remaining ingredients 5 – 8. Continue mixing until clear and uniform.
