Procedure
- Combine ingredients 1 – 2.
- Heat to 70 – 75°C.
- Once at temperature, add ingredient 3. Mix until well dispersed.
- Add ingredients 4 – 5. Mix until melted and uniform.
- Homogenize, then begin cooling with continued mixing.
- At 50 – 55°C, add ingredient 6. Mix at temperature until uniform, then fill.
