High Performance 2-in-1 Shampoo (Silicone-Free)

Featuring Cola®Det DEF-61 and Cola®Lipid GS, this 2-in-1 Shampoo formulation builds thick, creamy foam volume and conditions without weighing down hair or building up over time. The liquid surfactant blend (3) is betaine-free, sulfate-free, DEA-free, PEG-free, and meets consumers’ desire for mildness with no Prop 65 warnings. The naturally-derived biomimetic phospholipid (4) provides non-greasy moisturizing and hair conditioning properties – without silicones.

Procedure
- Combine ingredients 1 – 2 with moderate agitation. Mix until completely hydrated.
- Add ingredients 3 – 4 and begin heating to 60 – 65°C.
- Once at temperature, add ingredient 5. Mix until completely dissolved, then cool below 40°C.
- Add ingredients 6 – 7. Mix until uniform.
- Adjust to pH 5.0 – 5.5 with ingredient 8.
